From the creative process to turnkey delivery
Briefing
Every great project begins with listening. In this preliminary phase, we define the company’s commercial objectives, the technical specifications of the space assigned by the fair organizer, the investment budget, and the key messages to be conveyed.
Design
Our designers develop floor plans and volumetric concepts supported by cutting-edge digital modeling technologies. Through photorealistic 3D renderings, the client can take a virtual tour of their stand before the first nail is even driven, verifying proportions, finishes, and lighting.
Materials
We select high-quality raw materials, combining aesthetic performance, structural strength, and environmental sustainability. From the finest wood essences to avant-garde metal solutions, technical fabrics, and integrated lighting systems, every material is chosen to enhance brand identity and ensure maximum public safety.
Documentation and Certifications
Exhibition bureaucracy can be complex. We fully manage technical procedures, the submission of static calculations, flame-retardant material certifications, and safety permits required by exhibition centers worldwide.
Construction
Within our artisanal workshops, materials take shape. Our team of installers, composed of specialized technicians, handles the stand’s assembly, ensuring every finish aligns with the standards approved during the design phase.
Turnkey Delivery
We deliver the installation clean, tested, and ready for use on a “turnkey” basis. Our assistance, however, does not end there: we remain at the client’s disposal throughout the event to promptly resolve any last-minute needs.
